On April 21, 2018, in Kharkiv (Ukraine), an International Seminar took place in Ryûkyû Kobudô Tessinkan and Karate Fudokan under the direction of ITMAL Chairman – Sergey Mirutenko Shihan (8th Dan) and Sensei Igor Mirutenko (5th Dan) – multiple world and European Champion in Ryûkyû Kobudô. The seminar was attended by participants from clubs Ayumi (Fudokan and Mikado), a member of the Kharkov Regional Karate Regional Association, Zaporizhia Satori Club and the Karate Club of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Special thanks are due to Yury Povkh from the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine and the head of the National Police Department of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region for their support in the organization of the seminar.
